-实习总结报告为期一周的安装工程实习结束了，我们去了文学院宿舍楼，***空调实验室等几个地方，这次的实习对以前学到的理论知识是一个较好的补充，对我们的学习有很大好处，对以后学习安装方面的造价有很大的帮助。此次实习主要参观了室内外给排水工程、室外供热管道工程、室内采暖通风空调工程、室内配线工程、建筑防雷工程等。室内的供热管道在几处参观场地均是在顶棚安装的，采用的大多是聚***乙烯材料保温，管道的连接有采用法兰式连接也有用管箍连接的，其中较管箍连接较多；另外在管道采用的阀门类别上也是多种多样的，见到的居多者为闸阀。室内的通风空调系统有集中式的***空调系统，也有分散式的风机盘管系统。在华府广场处采用的是***空调系统，管道内的气体是经过集中处理后，输送到各个出风口的。采用的是风机盘管系统，在风机盘管系统上，通过五根控制线(开、低、中、高、关)的控制下调节空调的供热或制冷的温度差异。另外，在风机盘管空调机上向外连接三根管道，最下面一根管道是排水管道，另两根是一根供热水，一根供冷水的。风机盘管在密封状态下可以喷出干风，在不密封的状态下可以喷出湿风，在调节室内温度的同时，也可调节室内的湿度。 我们参观了学校的***空调实验室。空调主要是调节空气的温度、湿度、洁净度、清新度和速度。但并不是所有的空调都具有这样的功能的，家用空调通长只能调节温度、洁净度和速度。***空调系统为全新风系统，从室外引进新风。设备分四个阶段，第一段是过滤段，通过滤网过滤空气中的悬浮物来调节洁净度；第二阶段是交换段，通过热交换来调节空气的温度并兼顾夏季除湿；第三段为加湿段，通过喷头喷出的雾化水来调节空气的湿度，主要用在冬季；第四阶段是离心风机段，通过调节电机转速调节空气速度。***空调将处理过的空气送入风管，再通过各个出风口送入室内。各个过程的连接均采用软连接来减少震动。风管入口处设有风量调节阀，可以调节风速；然后接消声器，避免***空调产生的噪音传入房间内；出风口有散热器型和有页风口，散热器能让空气向四周扩散，在实际中较为常用，有页风口把空气形成风柱，不利于整个室内空气流通，不常用。风管材质有两种，一种是玻璃钢，现场拼接而成，一种是镀锌铁皮，法兰连接而成。送风管道外部有泡沫塑料保温层，用来保温保冷。保温层外包铝箔，可以反射外界热量，减少热交换。室内风机盘管系统是空调系统的末端装置，风机盘管系统为全水系统，由空调、阀门、消声器、风管、出风口、排气管和温控开关组成。风机盘管主要依靠风机的强制作用，使空气通过加热器表面时被加热，因而强化了散热器与空气间的对流换热器，能够迅速加热房间的空气。其工作原理是机组内不断的再循环所在房间的空气，使空气通过冷水（热水）盘管后被***（加热），以保持房间温度的恒定。但是，由于这种方式只基于对流换热，而致使室内清新度不好，达不到最佳的舒适水平，故只适用于人停留时间较短的场所。 这几天实习见到了好多样式的给排水管道，有上给也有下给，有生活给水也有消防给水等等。同样的是多数管道都布置在顶棚处，而且均处在施工阶段，都还没有装设用水设备，只能见到基本的敷设方式。值得一提的是它们的消防系统。自动喷洒消防系统主要由管道系统，信号阀，闭式喷头等组成。其中信号阀附有水力启动警铃，当自动喷洒消防系统遇到火灾发生时，火焰及热量会使布置在天花板下面的喷头的易熔锁片受热熔化，水自喷头喷出，将火在短时间内扑灭。与此同时，信号阀中的水力启动警铃发出警报至防火办公室，由办公室的专职人员启动手动防火系统，并***人力使用消火栓等设备将火扑灭。另外经参观场地的技术人员讲解，这些消防管道的用水一般在楼顶处设有水箱，里边存储一定量的水，并要保证一定的水压。在参观用水与防火系统的时候，我们也参观了部分的室内的配线系统和照明系统。参观的几处建筑物大多采用的是暗敷设，这种方式是将线路管敷设于墙壁、顶棚、地面及楼板等处的内部。这种方式具有美观、不影响墙面使用的优点，但是维修不方便，且穿线不方便。在此次实习中见到的多敷设于墙壁、顶棚处。通过场地技术人员的讲解和自己的观察了解到室内配线的施工程序和所参观建筑物的配线方式。在施工配线时就根据施工图纸的标示确定各种电器安装的位置，导线敷设途径及导线穿过墙壁和楼板的位置，随后在抹灰前将配线所有的固定点打好孔洞，埋好支持构件，装设支持物或保护管等，在装好这些以后即敷设导线，安装灯具等设备，保证绝缘后，连接导线，最后校验、自检、试通电，这样就完成了施工配线。另外经夏老师讲解，我们还了解到建筑物照明用电与施工用电分属于两个系统。建筑物用电是在建筑物全部(包括土建、安装等工程) 施工完成后由全市的供电管网提供，以后就成为全市用电管网的一部分；而施工用电是在建筑队施工开始时就由建设单位(甲方)提供，为保证施工进度与质量同时也供应用水，在建筑物全部施工完毕后即切断，与建筑拖物用电没有关系。除了上述内容外，我们还接触到另外一套系统建筑防雷系统。雷电具有很大的破坏性，能造***、畜伤亡，建筑物击毁或燃烧，线路停电及电所设备损坏等严重事故。正因为如此，我们应该在各种需要保护的建筑物上设置防雷装置。防雷装置是接闪器、引下线、接地装置、过电压保护器及其他连接导体的总合。防雷的方式有多种，有自然接地防雷，人工接地防雷等/采用的是自然接地线，大厦的金属构件和设计规定的混凝土结构内部的钢筋是作为接地线的主要部分，。当雷电击中建筑物时，高电压通过建筑物框架结构中柱子内部的钢筋传向基础的钢筋，再传到大地体内。此类防雷是通过接闪器将雷电传到建筑物钢筋上，使建筑物钢筋间形成一个等势体达到防雷效果/此次安装工程施工工艺实习，使我感受颇多，收获颇多。通过实习，我学到了很多实践性的知识。所谓实践是检验真理的唯一标准，通过旁站，使我近距离的观察了各种建筑安装的实物，学到了很多实用的、具体的施工知识，这些知识往往是我在书本很少接触，很少注意的但又是十分重要基础的知识。这次实习让我对安装工程施工工艺这门课又有了进一步的认识，真正知道了理论和实际的差别，更教育我不能一味只看课本，理论联系实际才能取得好的学习效果。通过施工实习巩固和加深理解所学专业课的理论及实践知识，并拓宽知识面，进一步了解了安装工程的相关的材料、结构以及具体的施工方法和程序，增强***完成工作的能力和分析实际问题和解决实际问题的能力。同时这次实习活动，也为后续课程打下良好的基础。也对自己的知识储备进行了评估，明确了接下来要努力的方向。
